Sketching
Ever pondered how long it takes to design wonderful jewelry that enhances your beauty? The process of manufacturing jewelry starts with a sketch. Drawing rough sketches on a blank sheet of paper is the act of an artist expressing their concepts. It can be a special or original idea that was initially drafted on paper. Then, after sketching the design and ideas on a blank piece of paper, our craftsperson observes it and makes the necessary adjustments. To give our costumes a variety of alternatives and choices, our artist designs each piece of jewelry with a unique concept and offers creative ideas to the table.
CAD Designing
The technique of using AutoCAD to correct technical errors in designs after putting a concept on paper is known as CAD designing. Designers and engineers often use CAD, or computer-aided design, to create two- and three-dimensional models. To make our concepts more precise and distinctive, our artists create designs in CAD and correct the mistakes. Artists produce CAD jewelry designs on computer screens using state-of-the-art equipment and software, turning their concepts and keystrokes into works of art.
The process provides a jewelry model that is entirely geometrically exact from the very first to the very last step.
Caming
After sketching and CAD designing, our artisans prepare the wax mold in accordance with the final design. The design which our artist creates in Auto CAD later send to the cad cam machine for the wax mold. Following that, they create a metal structure using the wax mold and insert the gemstones. The final design must be carved because it will determine how the jewelry will appear once the wax mold has been removed. This process gives us the whole idea of the jewelry design and gemstone shapes in which it should be cut. our artisans work hard to achieve their desired design using gemstones and metals.
